Heard of energy balance? The concept may not be so well known. Still, the fact is that energy balance is one of the most important
I have spent 20 years of research finding out how we can eat to stay healthy and reduce the risk of obesity and diseases such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. I have focused especially on how to reduce the large blood sugar fluctuations that much of the food we eat gives rise to and which are proven to be bad for our health. One result of my research is Good Idea – the table water that can balance your blood sugar. Good Idea will be launched in Sweden autumn 2020.
Today, I am the Chief Scientific Officer for Good Idea. This means that I am responsible for our product keeping its promise (“Balance your blood sugar”) and for the clinical studies we continuously do with different groups of people. For a couple of years I have been blogging about blood sugar related topics on our American website (link to blog) Now I look forward to doing the same here at home. So welcome to my Swedish blog, about halthy (and unhealthy) eating from my perspective. I plan to post about once a week and will do my best to answer questions in my area of expertise.
